Refund Policy
Because we have limited returns for some items, please read carefully.
Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or if your pet doesn’t like the product.
Replacements & refunds: If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or you receive the wrong item or variation, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
How to claim: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photo or short video showing the issue
After we confirm, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We may request additional details to speed up handling.
Not eligible: Requests due to wrong selection (size/color), change of mind, or normal wear & tear.
